Lindsay Gardner

Principal Program Manager & People Business Partner at Veracode

Lindsay Gardner has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and instructional design. Lindsay currently holds the role of Principal Program Manager, People Success at Veracode, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Lindsay worked at athenahealth from 2018 to 2022, where they held various roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Strategy and Transformation Program Manager, and Instructional Design Manager. Before athenahealth, Lindsay worked at iRobot as an Instructional Designer, where they developed eLearning courses and technical training materials. Lindsay's earliest work experience was as a Corps Member (Teacher) at Teach For America from 2013 to 2016.

Lindsay Gardner holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Analytics and Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Lindsay also has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado Denver. Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International and Area Studies from the University of Oklahoma, as well as another BA degree in History from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Lindsay has obtained certifications in Human Resources Analytics and Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University in 2021.
