Neil Morgan

Neil Morgan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Neil began their career as a Field Sales Team Leader at Heat Enterprises in 2000, where they excelled in selling AAPT's Smartchat product. After a successful period, they returned to the UK in 2002. Neil then worked as an Account Manager at TQuality, a leading supplier to the fish and chip industry. Neil was recognized as the Sales Coordinator of the Year in 2003/04. Following this, Neil took a career break and traveled extensively throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. In 2005, they joined Securitech Recruitment Solutions as a Senior Consultant before moving on to Pentasia as a Senior Consultant in the IT Division in 2008. From 2009 to 2017, Neil worked at Securitech as a Principal Consultant, providing headhunting and recruitment services for the Cyber Security industry. Neil worked with notable clients such as Veracode, Trustwave, and McAfee. In 2018, they joined McGregor Boyall as a Principal Consultant specializing in Cyber and Information Security. Currently, Neil is working at Veracode as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA and as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner for the global market, responsible for hiring in Marketing & Engineering roles.

Neil Morgan attended Oathall Community College from 1993 to 1998. Neil then went on to study at Haywards Heath Sixth Form College from 1998 to 2000. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for either institution.
