Andrew Uzilov

Andrew Uzilov is a seasoned professional in computational biology and bioinformatics with extensive experience in cancer genomics. Currently serving as Senior Director of Computational Biology in Discovery Research at Veracyte, Inc. since December 2022, Andrew previously held multiple significant roles at Sema4, including Vice President of Cancer Genomics and Bioinformatics R&D, contributing to the company's spinout from Mount Sinai. Andrew's academic background includes a PhD in Biomolecular Engineering and Bioinformatics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where research focused on RNA-Seq data and custom algorithm development.
