Catherine (Kate) Wormington has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in quality program and product management. Catherine (Kate) is currently working as the Director Solutions Management - Quality Analytics at Veradigm® since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director, Quality Program and Product Management at MRO from 2021 to 2023, where they collaborated with multiple teams to deliver EMR data and quality metrics products to various stakeholders. From 2011 to 2021, Catherine worked at Change Healthcare as the Director of Program Management, overseeing complex operations of quality analytics programs and supervising a team of 11 in supporting clients. Before that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Austin Provider Solutions from 2010 to 2011, and as a Software Quality / HEDIS Business Analyst at Q Mark, Incorporated from 2001 to 2009.

Catherine (Kate) Wormington has an educational background in Information Technology, with an MSc. degree from Coventry University. Catherine (Kate) also holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Combined Science, specializing in Chemistry and Biology, from the University of South Wales.
