Azin Majidi

Azin Majidi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Azin started their career in 2011 as a Software Developer at Guilan University in the E-Learning Department. In 2012, they joined the Marlik Institute of Innovation and Technology as a Software Developer and Research Assistant. Azin then moved to Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2014, where they worked as a Research Assistant until 2018. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Data Scientist at Mysa - Smart Thermostats. From 2018 onwards, they joined Verafin and held multiple positions, starting as a Software Developer and later transitioning into roles such as Product Owner, Director of Customer Success Management, and currently as Director of Product Management.

Azin Majidi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Guilan University from 2009 to 2013. Azin then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2014 to 2016. In 2018, they attended Dale Carnegie Training to enhance their skills in Effective Communications and Human Relations, although no specific degree was obtained from this program.
