Carole Waibel

Carole Waibel is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management, learning and development, and HR strategy. Carole currently serves as the Group Talent & Learning Director at Verallia, a European glass packaging leader. In this role, Carole is responsible for implementing talent attraction and retention policies, promoting employer branding, and fostering a culture of feedback. Carole also oversees the onboarding process and has created an inclusive training program for all 10,000 employees. Prior to joining Verallia, Carole worked as the Global Development HR & SIRH Director at LIMAGRAIN, where they spearheaded the people review process and developed personalized development programs for senior leaders. Carole also has a solid HR foundation from their previous roles as the HR Director at Groupe VIVESCIA and Groupe nouricia, where they led various HR functions and managed teams. Carole started their career as the Legal and Social Relations Manager at SCARM, where they gained expertise in labor relations and legal compliance.

Carole Waibel earned a Master's degree in RH from IGS-RH from 2007 to 2009. Carole also obtained a DESS Droit des affaires degree in Droit from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne. Additionally, Carole has received certifications in Relationships with wholesalers/retailers from Verallia in August 2023 and TD 12 from Pearson in 2021.
