Robyn Barber

Robyn Barber has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Robyn recently joined Pactiv Evergreen Inc. as the Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at James Hardie Building Products as the Director of Talent Acquisition. From 2013 to 2020, they held various roles at IDEX Corporation, including Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Executive Search, Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Talent Management. Before that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at Medline Industries and the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Baxter Healthcare. Robyn began their career at Abbott Laboratories, where they held several roles including Senior Manager of the Search Consultant Group. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Boyden and as a Senior Search Consultant at BayResearch. Throughout their career, Robyn has focused on implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and building strong teams.

Robyn Barber has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business & Marketing from Illinois State University. In addition, they obtained a certification in Agile Performance Management from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2015.
