Mark Dubow is the Director at Veralon Partners Inc. and a former senior vice president of The Camden Group. Mark has over 32 years of healthcare consulting experience and assists healthcare organizations throughout the nation. Mr. Dubow guides those organizations in determining their strategy in light of healthcare reform and in establishing the most appropriate model of care to apply as they transition from a fee-for-service to a fee-for-value environment. In support of this, they assist hospitals and physician organizations in the formation and refinement of integrated delivery systems, as well as establishing bundled payment, co-management, hospital outpatient department arrangements, and other forms of alignment. Mark works with organizations to determine their need for and benefit of forming strategic partnerships and the evaluation of potential candidates. As a national expert in establishing growth strategies, they apply those concepts in the development and enhancement of Centers of Excellence/Institutes specific to cardiovascular, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedics, and women’s services, among other clinical services.

Mr. Dubow is a frequent speaker on these subjects, and during 2013-2015, on a quarterly basis, they have co-taught a course on behalf of the American College of Healthcare Executives titled, “Hospitals, and Integrated Networks of the Future - Practical Solutions for Becoming Sustainable and High Performing.”

Mark Dubow has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from the UCLA School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from Colgate University.
