Alicia Herr, PMP

Alicia Herr, PMP has worked in the Project Management field since 2014. Alicia began their career at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (US) as an Associate Project Manager and progressed to a Project Manager Specialist, Project Manager Specialist II, Senior Project Manager, and eventually Key Account Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overall level of project management/ customer service support provided to assigned accounts across sites and harmonizing client experience. Her duties included planning overall program(s) and monitoring progress, setting and managing stakeholders' communication expectations, ensuring deliverables align across the projects/programs, overseeing/driving successful delivery of the programs deliverables, creating and maintaining program tracking tools to ensure all parties are clear on expectations and responsibilities, and managing the program(s) forecasting of revenue and tracking financial aspects of programs as appropriate. In 2021, Alicia began working as a Project Manager at VERALOX Therapeutics.

Alicia Herr, PMP obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University. Alicia also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
