Jeroen Minoodt

Jeroen Minoodt has extensive work experience in various roles within HR, finance, and operations. Jeroen is currently employed at Veralto as the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Service Partners, Product Quality & Innovation. Prior to that, they worked at Danaher Corporation as the Sr. Director of Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Product Identification.

Before joining Danaher Corporation, Minoodt held multiple roles at Esko, including Global HR Business Partner, Global HR Shared Services Director, Interim HR Director Europe, and Group Controller. Jeroen also worked at Shanks Waste Management as the Shared Services Director Belgium, and at A. Schulman, Inc. as the Shared Service Center Leader for the EMEA region.

Earlier in their career, Minoodt worked at Becton Dickinson as the Client Leader SSC Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and as a European Senior Internal Auditor. Jeroen began their professional journey at Ernst & Young as a Financial Auditor and also worked as a Sales Engineer at Real Software - Connect.

Jeroen Minoodt completed their education in Commercial Science, specializing in Solvay Business School. Jeroen studied at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 1994 to 1999 and also at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel during the same period. Prior to that, they attended Sint-Jozefscollege Aalst for Wetenschappelijke A in 1994.
