Katie Stevens

Katie Stevens has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Katie currently holds the role of Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Veralto. Prior to this, they worked at Danaher Corporation as Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition, responsible for leading global recruitment and delivery for multiple divisions within the company. Katie also had significant experience at GE Healthcare, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Leader, leading a team responsible for hiring across various departments and helping grow the talent acquisition team. Before GE Healthcare, they worked at GE as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner for GE Healthcare, managing a team of recruiters. Earlier in their career, Katie was a Senior Recruiter at GE Healthcare - KellyOCG RPO and an Account Manager at Direct Supply.

Katie Stevens received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, and World History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 2002 and 2008. Katie also holds a Social Talent Black Belt Certificate obtained in 2015 from Social Talent.
