Sendy W. is an experienced chef with a diverse background in culinary management and food production. As Chef De Cuisine at Veranda Resorts since September 2020, Sendy oversees day-to-day operations in food production. Previous positions include Event Sous Chef at Park Hyatt and Assistant Production Manager at PT Aerowisata Catering Services, where expertise in massive food production and HACCP implementation was demonstrated.
