Jieyi Yang

Jieyi (Joawe) Yang is a Design Researcher at Veranex since April 2022 and the Founder and Applied Anthropology Consultant at RecoSync 酵络皿, also active since April 2020. At RecoSync, Jieyi focuses on providing innovative solutions to creative and industrial partners through Applied Anthropology and collaborative approaches. Recently, Jieyi served as a Researcher at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance from November 2023 to March 2024, where facilitation of workshops and discussions took place with experts across various fields. Previously, Jieyi held the role of Global Development Analyst at the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation from November 2017 to April 2018, contributing to a significant global project. Jieyi holds a Master of Science in Digital Anthropology from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Communication from Chongqing University.
