Aleksandar Plavšić

Aleksandar Plavsic is a Recruiting Associate at VeraSafe, a privacy law firm, since December 2021. In addition to this role, Aleksandar is conducting research at the University of Valencia until May 2024, focusing on mental health at work, well-being, burnout, and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. Previous experience includes serving as a Mental Health Counselor at Patrija, a Suicide Prevention Officer at Centar Srce, and a Human Resources Intern at Tim Centar. Aleksandar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Valencia and has earned a Master’s degree in the same field and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Novi Sad, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Serbian literature and language.
