Amy Stirling

Amy Stirling began their work experience in 2008 as a Sales Coach at Royal Bank of Scotland. In this role, they supported underperformers, delivered training to new employees, and assisted team managers and senior leaders in meeting their goals. Amy also worked on projects to improve processes and identify risks in the business. In 2014, Amy joined Verastar as a Business Sales Trainer. Their responsibilities included developing a training structure, supporting sales staff and managers, and improving staff retention and compliance.
