George Pears

George Pears began their work experience in 2019 as a Mobile Application Developer at PK ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE LTD, where they worked until March 2020. In 2020, they joined Linguastay as a Software Developer, initially as a university placement and later as a full-time employee. At Linguastay, George contributed to the development of a bespoke web app that replaced a CRM and numerous spreadsheets to optimize the matching process of over 10,000 exchange students with host families. George worked closely with staff to design the app and database and developed it using . In 2022, George joined Verastar as a Software Developer, where they are currently employed.
