Stefan Diaconu

Stefan Diaconu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefan started their career in 2011 as a Banquet Waiter at Blue Arrow and worked there until 2014. Stefan then joined InterContinental London Park Lane as a Food and Beverage Associate and gained excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

In 2015, Stefan worked as a Pick Packer at HEADS RECRUITMENT LIMITED, where they scanned medical files and packed carts for aircrafts. Stefan later joined Manchester United as a Concourse Supervisor and was promoted to Kiosk Team Leader. Stefan conducted briefings, assigned duties, and ensured staff were trained in operating the EPOS system.

During their studies, Stefan worked as a Bartender/Waiter at Berkeley Scott, serving customers at various premium locations in Manchester. Stefan also worked at York Races during the summer, a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.

In 2019, Stefan became a Junior Software Developer at Irisoft Ltd and worked there until 2021. Stefan then joined Verastar as a Junior Software Developer, where they currently work.

Overall, Stefan has gained experience in hospitality, customer service, team management, and software development throughout their career.

Stefan Diaconu attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Stefan has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as React.js, software architecture, web APIs with Django, Python programming, data visualization, XML and JSON, and building tools with Python. These certifications were obtained between February 2020 and February 2023.
