P.eng. Ali Mohandes

Ali Mohandes, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager for Verification Test at Verathon since November 2018. In this role, Ali leads a team of verification test engineers, overseeing the design verification process for new product development in airway management devices. Responsibilities include talent recruitment, resource management, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Prior to this, Ali worked as a Test Engineer at Verathon and as a Junior Test Engineer at Rostrum Medical Innovations Inc., where significant achievements included the development of automated test fixtures and enhancements in product performance metrics. Ali’s academic background includes a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran. Notable contributions in graduate research include the development of control algorithms for autonomous robots, resulting in recognition through multiple awards.
