Shelby Summerfield

Shelby Summerfield has a diverse work experience. Shelby began their career in 2013 as an Intern in the Youth Services Program at Kentucky Refugee Ministries. In 2015, they completed internships at Altman Insurance Services and Suzanne Oldham Consulting. Shelby then worked as a Marketing Intern at The Learning House, Inc. from 2016 to 2017, during which time they generated and presented a competitive analysis to the executive team, developed and optimized blog prompts, and managed and generated content for several social media accounts. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Summer Associate Intern and Associate at AlphaSights. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Director of Scheduling and Advance and Event Coordinator at Yang2020. In 2020, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Humanity Forward. Currently, they are the Chief Of Staff at Verbal+Visual and the Director of Scheduling and Advance and Deputy Campaign Manager at Yang for New York.

Shelby Summerfield attended Louisville Collegiate School from 2010 to 2014 and graduated with a High School degree. Shelby then attended Wake Forest University from 2014 to 2018.
