Ciro Gracia Pons has worked in various roles since 2003. In 2003, they were a Networking Department Technician at Xarxes Manteniment i Serveis. From 2004 to 2007, they were an Occupational Formation Professor on a Drug Rehabilitation Center for the Generalitat de Catalunya. From 2007 to 2014, they were a PhD Student at UPF, developing their thesis on Speech Technology. From 2014 to 2022, they were an R&D Engineer at VERBIO, where they helped to develop acoustic models on ASR and developed the Speaker Diarization and other Speech Analytics tools. Currently, they are a Senior ML Engineer at Kognia Sports Intelligence.

Ciro Gracia Pons completed their education history with a Msc in Computer Vision Artificial Inteligence from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Ingenieria in Informatica from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 2004 and 2007. Their education history began with an Ingenieria Tecnica in Informatica Sistemas from Universitat Rovira i Virgili between 1998 and 2003.
