Simon Richards

Simon Richards has a long and varied career in the technology industry. Simon started their career in 2005 as the International Devices Distribution Director for O2 (Telefónica UK). In 2007 they moved to Motorola Solutions as the Global Director of Accounts. In 2008 they became the International Director of Device Relationships at BSB SKY - The Cloud. In 2010 they took on the role of Sales Director - Sector Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where they were responsible for a $150 million P&L business in the UK and Ireland. In 2012 they became a Management Consultant Sales and Marketing at SR Consulting. From 2013 to 2017 they worked at Fonetic, where they held the positions of Global Sales and Marketing Director and CEO of their USA branch. In 2021 they joined Logi Analytics, an insightsoftware company, as their VP EMEA & APAC (Interim). Simon is currently the Senior Vice President Of Global Sales at Verbio, where they are leading and growing the global sales, pre sales, BDR, partner and strategic account management teams.

Simon Richards attended Rushmoor from 1977 to 1982, where they studied Maths, English, German, Geography, Physics, and Biology. Simon then went on to the University of Vienna, where they obtained a Diploma in German Vienna University from 1989 to 1991.
