Inna H. has extensive experience in HR, with their most recent role at Verbit.ai as an HR BP starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Talent Partner at Parimatch Tech from November 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at Innovecs from December 2018 to November 2019. In early 2018, they served as an HR Lead at Frogwares. Inna's earlier experience includes positions as Head of HR at UniCredit Leasing S.p.A. from February 2014 to January 2018 and as an HR Business Partner at the same company from January 2012 to January 2014.

Inna H. pursued their education at the Kyiv National Economics University from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they focused on attaining a Master of Business Administration degree. In their academic journey, they then went on to the Wiesbaden Academy for Psychotherapy (WIAP) from 2017 to 2022. Here, they studied to become a psychologist, exploring the field of psychology as their primary area of interest.
