Helene has obtained several certifications including Service Design: Delivering Integrated Service Experiences, Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide, Become a UX Designer from Scratch, User Experience: The Beginner's Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, all in 2020.
