Moli Malichi

Moli Malichi has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Starting in 2006, Moli worked as an Account Manager and Staffing Consultant at Hever Hon Enoshi until 2009. Moli then joined The Mosaic Company as a Recruiter, Strategic Staffing from November 2011 to January 2014. From February 2014 to October 2016, Moli worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hatch, a global professional services firm. Moli then moved to Amdocs in June 2017, where they served as the Executives Talent Acquisition Global Practice Lead until May 2021. Currently, Moli holds multiple roles at Verbit.ai, starting as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition from June 2021 to November 2021, then as the VP, Global Talent Acquisition from November 2021, and finally as the VP, HR EMEA from September 2022 onwards.

Moli Malichi pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2005 when they enrolled at Ruppin Academic Center. They completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management, which took them until 2008. Following this, Moli attended the University of Regina from 2009 to 2011, where they attained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development.
