Omri Sarig began their work experience as a Legal Intern in the Litigation Group at Yigal Arnon & Co. from 2010 to 2011. Omri then worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Ruth Zafran in Family Law at The Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya from 2008 to 2010. After that, they served as a Teaching Assistant in Corporate Law at IDC Herzliya's Recanati International Business School from 2013 to 2015. In 2012, Sarig joined Shibolet & Co. as an Associate in the International Corporate Group and stayed there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Goldfarb Seligman as an Associate in the International Corporate & Securities Group, representing multinational corporations and Israeli startups in various cross-border financing and commercial transactions until 2018. Sarig then became the General Counsel for ILF - The Israeli Litigation Funding Fund LLP from 2018 to 2019. Omri later worked as a Legal Consultant in M&A and Corporate Financing at Private Sector, Private Practice from 2019 to 2021. From 2021, Sarig took on the roles of Head of Legal and Associate General Counsel for M&A and PMI at Verbit.ai. Finally, in 2022, they became a Member of TechGC.
Omri Sarig completed their education at Reichman University, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Political Science and Government from the same university, graduating in 2010. In 2012, Omri Sarig obtained certification as a Lawyer from the Israel Bar Association.
