Tia joined DoorDash in 2017 as Associate General Counsel, before serving as the VP, Legal from 2018 through 2021. As General Counsel at DoorDash, Tia continues to oversee the company's legal team, as well as the company's security, IT, & enterprise technology functions.

They were founded on a mission to alleviate delivery orders for small businesses that could not keep up with consumer demand. They wanted to make sure to encompass all restaurants' needs in the area so quickly began to prototype an application that provided the best delivery experience within their small community in Palo Alto. Today, they are continuing to work hard to deliver convenience at your doorstep. While meeting the needs of consumers, they are also able to generate news ways for people to earn, work, and live through food delivery and their last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce.
