Christopher Rocek

Christopher Rocek has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and technical support. Christopher is currently working as an Information Technology Supervisor at Neustar Security Services, starting in December 2022.

Prior to this, Christopher worked at Dynex Technologies, Inc. from August 2021 to December 2022, where they held the position of Technical Support Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 19 technical support specialists, product engineers, field trainers, and field service engineers. Christopher rebuilt the entire team and redesigned operations and processes to better serve customers.

From October 2018 to June 2021, Christopher worked at Caris Life Sciences as a Senior Manager Field Services.

Christopher also worked at Inform Diagnostics formerly Miraca Life Sciences from February 2012 to April 2018. During this time, they held the role of Manager - Interface Projects and was responsible for managing a team of project coordinators, collaborating with the development team, and establishing priorities and workflows. Prior to this role, they served as an Interface Project Coordinator, where they managed HL7 interface projects, handled customer relationships, and improved the billing process for implementations and maintenance.

Christopher's earlier experience includes working at Caris Diagnostics as a Client Application Support specialist from October 2008 to February 2012. In this role, they provided senior-level support for client applications, managed hardware and software issues, and ensured partner application updates and maintenance.

Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in IT and technical support.

Christopher Rocek has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from DeVry University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Arizona State University from 1991 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from SixSigma.us in September 2015, and a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in September 1990.
