Jason Bragdon has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jason started their career in 1998 at Lightyear Communications as a Trainer, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Stored Value Systems as an Account Manager until 2006. Jason then worked at Stites & Harbison, PLLC as a Training Specialist from 2006 to 2009. After that, they worked at SHPS as a Service Desk Tech from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Neustar, Inc., including Technical Account Manager (TAM), Sr. Product Support Technician, and Provisioning Analyst. Finally, in 2021, they joined Neustar Security Services as a Technical Account Manager.

Jason Bragdon attended Indiana University Southeast from 1993 to 1995, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. In 2008, they enrolled at DeVry University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Forensics in 2012. In 2007, they began attending the University of Louisville, but the end year of their education there is not specified.
