Deputy Managing Director - Operations at Vercity

Andrew Cannon has a diverse work experience history. Andrew started their career at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital as a Graduate Trainee, where they worked closely with clients and subcontractors, provided project quotes, and implemented an Environmental Management System. Andrew then had placements at various locations, including Vauxhall Cross and Romec in London, where they gained environmental knowledge and set up an Environmental Management System. Afterward, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at Royal Blackburn Hospital and gained insight into contract management and problem-solving. Andrew then became the Technical Service Manager at the same hospital, responsible for ensuring the delivery of mechanical, electrical, building fabric, and grounds services. Following their time at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Andrew joined HCP Ltd., where they served as a Commercial Manager and later as a General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Managing Director - Operations at Vercity.

Andrew Cannon completed their A Levels in Physics, Mathematics, and Business and Economics from Bishop Milner Sixth Form College between 1999 and 2001. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lancaster University, graduating in 2004.
