Eddie Davies

Eddie is Director of Consultancy Services and a member of HCP’s Management Board. He is responsible for HCP’s consultancy division, which provides expertise for a wide range of Clients, focusing on the intelligent management of infrastructure and corporate assets. This expertise is broad and developed over many years, covering strategic asset management, commercial management, project management, technical services and commercial finance.

Prior to joining HCP, Eddie ran a successful technical advisory and project management team at Capita, leaving to set up and manage MAMG Consultancy, which was recognised as Technical Adviser of the year in 2016. He is a chartered quantity surveyor and project manager by profession, having worked on commercial real estate and specialising in PFI/PPP procured assets since the late 90s. He was the technical author of the RICS guidance note, “Lender’s Independent Monitoring Surveyor.”
