Paul Francis

Paul joined HCP as a Managing Director for the MoD Main Building project in Whitehall, in 2005. He is a Chartered Surveyor and is on the RICS facility as a Management Executive, as well as fellow of the Institute of Directors, member of the University College London FM Advisory Board and member of the Journal of Facilities Management.

As the Managing Director for Modus Services, Paul is responsible for the provision of all services to 5000 civil servants in 150,000 sqm of historic Grade 1 listed accommodation.
