Currently serving as Syndication Manager at Verdant Commercial Capital since October 2020, Joel has previously held significant roles such as Credit Manager and Senior Credit Analyst at ENGS Commercial Finance Co., where responsibilities included managing credit underwriting integrity and coaching the underwriting team. Prior experience includes roles at Connext Financial, Ltd. as Credit Syndicator, at BMO as C&I Special Accounts Analyst, at M&I Bank as Business Credit Analyst, and at JP Morgan Chase as a Banker. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Economics from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.
