Alyssa Wrobleski

Alyssa Wrobleski, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Area HR Leader at Verdantas since November 2023, following the role of HR Manager at Borton-Lawson from August 2019 to November 2023. At Borton-Lawson, responsibilities included administering performance reviews, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and managing HR processes and communication. Previous experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at EDM Group and a Human Resources Coordinator at Great Dane, where tasks involved HR data metrics and employee engagement initiatives. Alyssa began a career in hospitality as a server at Texas Roadhouse and gained early HR experience during an internship at the American Red Cross.
