Heather Heeter

Heather J. Heeter currently serves as Associate Vice President and National Market Sector Leader for the Transportation Market at Verdantas, overseeing operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region since July 2023. Previously, Heather held key leadership roles at Borton-Lawson, including Transportation Business Unit Leader and Highway Design Service Leader, where over 17 years of project management experience were applied to complex highway and bridge projects. Heather's early career included significant positions at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, where responsibilities as Senior Project Manager and Acting Portfolio Manager involved managing substantial engineering agreements and numerous projects totaling over $2 billion. Heather began their professional journey as a Jr. Engineer at H. Wilden & Associates, Inc., after earning a BS in Engineering from Penn State University.
