Sarah Bleach

Sarah Bleach has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 1992, they worked as an Accounting Assistant at J. Schoeneman, maintaining general ledgers and preparing financial statements. Sarah then moved on to CallisonRTKL in 1994, where they were promoted to Accounting Supervisor and supervised a finance team while managing financial reporting and consolidation for multiple entities. In 2005, Sarah became the Director of Accounting at Frederick Ward Associates, responsible for strategic planning, full cycle accounting, and financial analysis. Sarah later joined Metro Office Solutions as a Controller, handling accounting, financial statement preparation, and payroll management. Sarah then became the Controller at Shapiro Sher Guinot & Sandler, where they managed financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and year-end planning for a law firm. At Arthur Bell CPAs, Sarah prepared monthly internal financial reporting and participated in financial restructuring. Sarah then worked as the Controller at CallisonRTKL, overseeing a global finance team and improving closing processes. Most recently, Sarah held the roles of Controller at Duffield Associates and Vice President, Controller at Verdantas, where they integrated ERP systems and reduced reporting time.

Sarah Bleach earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Sarah also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Maryland in September 1999.
