Kirstyn Lipson has a long and varied work history. Kirstyn began their career in 2009 as an intern at Greenough Communications. Kirstyn then moved on to become a Financial Operations Manager at Donna D. Knox, Attorney at Law, PC. In 2010, they became an Account Manager and then Account Associate at EMI Strategic Marketing. From 2012-2013, they worked as a Retail Marketing Associate at NutraClick (formerly Hungry FIsh Media). From 2013-2016, they worked in various roles at EnerNOC, including Senior Brand Communications Specialist, Brand Communications Specialist, and Inbound Marketing and Email Marketing Specialist. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Associate at Nestl\u00e9. From 2017-2021, they worked in various roles at Nestl\u00e9, including Senior Associate Brand Manager, Snacking Team Communications, Associate Brand Manager, Stouffer's Multi-Serve Business, and Associate Brand Manager, Stouffer's Single Serve Business. From 2021-2022, they worked as a Brand Manager at Home Market Foods. Kirstyn is currently working as a Senior Manager, Onsite Marketing at Wayfair and Director of Marketing at Verde Farms.

Kirstyn Lipson attended Harvard University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned an A.B. in Government, Women and Gender Studies, and French. Kirstyn then went on to The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 2015 to 2017.

Ed Morrissey has over 28 years of work experience in the food industry. In 1992, they began their career as General Manager of Denver Buffalo Company, where they managed the operational and financial performance of a 16,000sf complex. In 1994, they became Vice President of New West Foods, a multi-faceted organization that raised, processed, marketed, and sold buffalo and wild game products with annual revenues in excess of $20MM. In 2002, they were appointed Vice President Sales, Western Region of North American Provisioner, Inc. and North American Bison Cooperative - North Dakota Natural Beef, a Fargo, ND-based international producer, processor, distributor and market leader of bison, natural beef and wild game products with sales in excess of $35MM. Ed managed food service, retail and military sales and marketing for the western United States, exceeding annual budgets and margins. In 2011, they became Western Sales Manager of Verde Farms, a supplier of organic grass fed beef, domestic and imported from Uruguay and Australia, for retail and food service. In 2019, they took a 10 month sabbatical from Verde Farms, and in 2020 they returned as Regional Sales Manager.

Pete Lewis is the Vice President of Marketing at [Verde Farms](/org/verde-farms). Pete has over 20 years of experience in marketing, and has been with [Verde Farms](/org/verde-farms) for two years.

Before joining [Verde Farms](/org/verde-farms), Pete was the Vice President of Marketing at [Backyard Farms](/org/backyard-farms-llc). Pete was with [Backyard Farms](/org/backyard-farms-llc) for three years, and was responsible for leading the creation of the company's brand identity and sustainable business model. Under Pete's leadership, [Backyard Farms](/org/backyard-farms-llc) became profitable for the first time since its inception in 2007.

Pete has also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Open Range Beef | Raise American and as the Director of Marketing at Lightlife Foods (a ConAgra company).

Pete Lewis has a B.S. in Marketing from [Marquette University](/org/marquette-university) and an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.

They work with and John McKenna - VP, Finance. Their manager is Dana Ehrlich, CEO & Founder.

Nick Meriggioli is the current director at [Verde Farms](/org/verde-farms). Prior to that, they were a key advisor at BDS Mobile from January 2014 to January 2019. Before that, they were the executive vice president at Kraft Foods Group from March 2002 to March 2014. In that role, they were responsible for general management and marketing.

Nick Meriggioli has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus in marketing and finance. Nick also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Chicago in economics.
