Matt Kollar, MS, LSSGB, LBB has over 12 years of professional experience. Matt began their career in 2008 as a Project Manager/Lean Manufacturing at Energizer Personal Care. In 2011, they joined Halifax Health as a Business Applications Analyst, then moved up to Manager, PBFS Business Applications and Ambulatory IT Project Management. In 2020, they became the Director of Marketing and Operations at VerdeGo Aero.

Matt Kollar earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1999. Matt then returned to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2005 and earned a Master of Science in Technical Management in 2007. In 2014, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. In 2015, they obtained a Lean Black Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
