Lina Alsvik

Lina Alsvik is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at VG - Verdens Gang AS since April 2021. Alongside this role, Lina has been a guest lecturer at Kristiania since January 2021, focusing on HR Tech, HR analytics, and change management. Additionally, Lina instructs HR analytics and statistics seminars for HR Norge, providing training on various analytical topics. Previously, Lina worked at Norsk Hydro from March 2014 to April 2021 as the Global Reporting and Analytics specialist, where responsibilities included leading the digitization of HR reporting. Earlier experiences include project management at Ennova and positions at the University of Oslo and Cubiks. Lina holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Oslo.
