Mike Canady

Mike Canady is an accomplished professional in the field of agronomy, currently serving as the Director of International Agronomy and previously as the Director of Agronomy for Specialty Crops at Verdesian Life Sciences since April 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Technical Support for Horticulture at Cytozyme from January 2015 to April 2021 and a position as a plant breeder at Nunhems between November 2002 and January 2015. Mike Canady holds a Ph.D. in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, achieved between 1997 and 2002, as well as a Master of Science in Agronomy and Horticulture and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Brigham Young University, completed in 1997 and 1994, respectively.
