Mark Goudriaan

Mark Goudriaan has extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors, currently serving as a Programma reviewer at VKA (now Highberg) since February 2013. Prior roles include Agile programmamanager and project manager at the Ministry of Justice and Security, where responsibilities included leading the development of the NL-Alert app. At Logius, Goudriaan worked as Productowner for DevOps teams focused on digital transformation in governmental communication. Other roles include Project Management Officer at Logius, Project Manager at Conduco, and various positions related to project management and communication for organizations such as GGZ Oost Brabant and Reclassering Nederland. Goudriaan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
