Nico Verbeij

Nico Verbeij is an accomplished advisor and trainer currently employed at Verdonck, Klooster & Associates (VKA) since July 2007. With an extensive background in education, Nico served as an expert coach at stichting leerKRACHT from June 2013 to July 2023, guiding coaches and school leaders in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in education. Prior to that, Nico worked as a senior consultant at Pheidis Consultants and Stoas, specializing in e-learning and electronic testing, and held a position as a teacher trainer at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Nico's career began as a geography and information science teacher at Dalton Scholengemeenschap Voorburg, and includes experience as an e-learning developer at Thieme Meulenhoff BV. Nico holds degrees from Utrecht University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with a specialization in secondary education.
