Lauren Goldberg

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at VEREIT

Lauren Goldberg is currently the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at VEREIT. Lauren has held this position since May of 2015. Prior to their current role, Ms. Goldberg served as the EVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Revlon from March 2011 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's legal and regulatory affairs, as well as being a member of the senior operating committee and the primary contact with the Board of Directors for corporate governance matters.

Ms. Goldberg began their legal career as an Associate at Stillman & Friedman, P.C. in February 1997. Lauren left the firm in October 2000 to become an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office, where they served until November 2009. Lauren then spent two years as the Senior Vice President of Law at MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. before joining Revlon in March 2011.

Lauren Goldberg attended Columbia Law School, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to attending law school, Lauren Goldberg obtained their Bachelor of Science Economics (BSE) degree from The Wharton School, with a focus in accounting.

Lauren Goldberg reports to Glenn Rufrano, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Paul Mcdowell - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Michael J. Bartolotta - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Thomas W. Roberts - Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer.
