Sven Bersee

Sven Bersee is an experienced professional in journalism and communication, currently serving as a Persvoorlichter at Milieudefensie since June 2022. Sven has owned Bersee Media since January 2014, focusing on freelance journalistic work. Additionally, Sven has been a music journalist for Lust For Life Magazine since June 2012, conducting interviews and writing reviews. Previously, Sven held the position of Redacteur at AZ Alkmaar from July 2016 to June 2022 and worked as a freelance journalist for Noordhollands Dagblad between April 2011 and January 2021, specializing in sports and culture. Sven also served as Hoofdredacteur at LiveGuide from April 2014 to March 2019. Early on, Sven gained experience as a communication intern at the municipality of Castricum in 2008. Sven earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 2008 to 2013.
