Peyton Huang

Peyton Huang is a distinguished professional in the life sciences sector, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at California Life Sciences since October 2020. As a Non-Executive Director and Co-Founder of Verge Genomics since June 2016, Peyton brings extensive expertise in neuroscience. An MD/PhD candidate at the University of California, Los Angeles, from June 2011 to June 2015, Peyton focused on integrative genomics to enhance peripheral nerve regeneration, successfully validating findings in both in vitro and in vivo models and identifying critical transcriptional regulators for central nervous system reprogramming. Peyton holds an A.B. in Molecular Biology with high honors from Princeton University.
