Amy Tan

Amy Tan currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Kantar Public, leading the Policy Development and Evaluation team and advising on impact evaluation for public programs and policies since August 2021. Previously, Amy worked as a Research Associate at Duke-NUS Medical School from 2019 to 2021, focusing on community healthcare programs for older individuals and teaching qualitative research. Earlier roles include Research Associate at the NUS Business School, Project Manager at the NUS Social Service Research Centre, and various positions at the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, where responsibilities ranged from managing research clusters to advising on funding. Amy's career began with a research assistant position at the NUS Asia Research Institute and included experience as a Strategic Planning Executive at the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports. Amy holds both a Master of Social Science and a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
