Owen Davis

Owen Davis is a highly experienced professional in the field of research and evaluation, currently serving as a Principal Research Officer at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, where Owen leads evaluations for the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund. In a concurrent role as Associate Director at Verian Group, Owen utilizes a variety of evaluation methods for government projects.
