Selena Bauman

Selena Bauman has extensive experience in digital advertising and product management. Selena currently works as the Executive Director of Product Management at Vericast, where they lead and oversees the demand-side platform for a multi-million-dollar digital portfolio. Selena is responsible for orchestrating digital advertising strategies and launching strategic roadmaps for various domains.

Prior to their current position, Selena worked at Cox Media Group Digital & Strategy Team, where they held multiple roles. As the Senior Director of Digital Campaign Operations, they successfully built and led technology stack restructures and supported business operations. Selena also served as the Director of Campaign Management & Fulfillment, where they managed client onboarding and vendor relations. Additionally, they were the Director of Product Management, Digital Services, where they launched the digital services department and built SEO from the ground up.

Before joining Cox Media Group, Selena worked at YP, where they advanced from a contract copywriter to Director of Digital Operations and Performance Management. Selena oversaw a large online advertising portfolio and managed teams for the SEM business. Selena later became the Senior Manager of Digital Operations, where they spearheaded the performance of the online advertising portfolio and provided fulfillment and optimization support for SEM/SEO products.
