Steve Williams

Steve Williams has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to interaction design, product management, and real estate. Steve is currently working as a Principal Interaction Designer at Vericast since November 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Interaction Designer at Vericast from November 2020 to November 2023.

Prior to joining Vericast, from 2015 to 2020, Steve worked at Valassis Digital as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing the Key Ring app and overseeing various aspects of the user interface and experience. Steve also trained staff on the use of Content Management System (CMS) and administrative tools.

Before their role at Valassis Digital, Steve worked at Hub, LLC as a Real Estate Agent from 2014 to 2015, where they generated leads, evaluated properties, and negotiated deals between buyers and sellers.

From 2012 to 2014, Steve worked at Valassis as a Senior Interactive Designer & Developer, focusing on the user interface and experience of the company's website. Prior to that, they worked at Crain's Detroit Business as a Web Developer from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for the user interface and experience on the company's website and associated sites.

Steve started their career at Crain Communications in 1999, where they held multiple roles including Circulation Creative Manager, New Media Graphic Designer, Prepress Specialist, and Scanner. In these roles, they were involved in designing and developing marketing materials, web and graphic design projects, print advertising, and image manipulation.

Steve Williams attended Central Michigan University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a BA in Graphic Design and Marketing.
