Katie Thompson

Katie Thompson, SPHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Supervisor of HR Operations at Vericel® Corporation since April 2018. In this role, Katie oversees HR systems and applications, enhancing user efficiency, and manages employee benefit programs and changes. Previous positions at Vericel® included Lead, Human Resources Operations, and Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing employee benefits and preparing employment records using ADP software. Prior HR experience includes roles at McREL International and Blue Sky Bridge, where Katie coordinated job openings, supported new hires, and managed donor relations.
