Stan Bounev

Stan Bounev is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and security. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Product Officer, and CISO at VeriClouds since November 2015, Stan leads the development of credential verification services that protect organizations from compromised credentials by monitoring the dark web. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at AppBugs, Inc. from November 2014 to December 2016, Stan focused on securing mobile applications against vulnerabilities using industry standards. Stan's tenure at Microsoft spanned from February 2007 to September 2014, during which roles included Technical Product Management for Outlook.com and Product Planning for Windows, where Stan contributed to product roadmaps and security features. Earlier, as a Product Manager at UniCredit Bulbank from March 1998 to August 2003, Stan successfully launched new products that significantly enhanced revenue growth and addressed unmet needs in the small business sector.
